Message from the Principal

Midland Middle School encourages your interest and involvement in your child's education. We need parental support in order to assure that each student will achieve to full potential during the middle school years. Midland Middle School will strive to challenge students with meaningful and diverse learning experiences which enable them to master basic skills and to meet high expectations in an environment of mutual trust and respect.

Midland Middle School has what some consider to be the school district's best business partners.  They work closely with the faculty and staff in several areas:  providing mentors for the reading program, providing a cell phone to each team/department in the school, a community based initiative program, homework hotline, monetary donations for instruction/technology, career day, sponsorship of service awards for a student in each grade, and a sponsor of the All A's Breakfast.

  • Science Olympiad - 3rd place in region, 11th in State
  • Math Team - 1st. place overall, 1st place 7th and 8th graders

  • DAR Essay Contest - 6th & 7th grade winners
