The International Baccalaureate
Diploma Programme
This program is a rigorous pre-university course
of studies that meets the needs of highly motivated secondary school students.
It currently exists in 114 countries around the globe, and just over 1,400
school worldwide. Currently, there are only 21 high schools in the Georgia
with with IB status.
The IB Coordinator and the Admissions Committee
are looking for students who are strongly motivated, self-disciplined, and
committed to acquiring the best college preparatory education possible.
These students are excited by the opportunity to stretch their imaginations,
enhance their criitical thinking skills, and explore global culture. The
IB magnet program is open to all highly motivated academically focused Muscogee
County students who meet selective admissions criteria for entrance into the
ninth-grade Pre-IB program. |
