State Career and Technical Awards

Several students in Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE)
and their teachers were recognized at the April Board meeting for receiving
state awards.
Georgia Excellence Award
Dee Galapon, a student at Northside and the State
President of DECA, was presented the Excellence Recognition Award by Kathy
Cox, State School Superintendent, at the State Board of Education on March
8.

At the Career/Technical Student’s Organization State
Conference, held in March in Atlanta, the following students
