The public libraries in Columbus
are governed by a semi-autonomous board of trustees within the
Muscogee County School District (as is the Columbus Museum).
The Columbus libraries are part of the
the Chattahoochee
Valley Regional Library System (706-243-2669), along with
the bookmobile and these libraries outside Muscogee County:
