| Each school is
furnished two copies of our Field Trip Manual. It contains all the
information needed to properly fill out and submit field trip request.
Field trip requests must
be received in the Transportation Office at least 10 school days prior
to the requested trip date. The trip will be assigned to a driver,
logged on the trip calendar, and a confirmation copy will be sent to the
school.
The time frames for field
trips are detailed in the manual and must be strictly adhered to.
There are consequences if our regular routes are delayed because a field
trip is late getting back. |
