*OBTAINING A TRANSCRIPT

If you attended school in the Muscogee County School District and need a copy of your transcript, you must provide the Records Department with (1) a completed, signed copy of the Record Release Form and (2) a copy of your valid driver's license or other picture ID.

Delivery Options

  • Fax the form and the picture ID to 706-748-2384.

  • Mail the form and the picture ID to Records Department, 5661 Lorenzo Road, Columbus, GA 31904.
