The mission of the Elementary Health and Fitness Program is to help enable
each student to reach his lifelong goals and an improved quality of life
through a positive decision making process by providing factual, current
information concerning puberty, social development, AIDS prevention,
abstinence-focused sex education, and a varied range of activities that
promote physical fitness.
